Former Love Island star Olivia Attwood has shared a candid Instagram update revealing she’s ‘hanging in there’ as she continues to cope with her marriage breakdown from footballer Bradley Dack

Olivia Attwood has delivered a frank update whilst navigating her marriage breakdown. The former Love Island contestant and footballer Bradley Dack ended their relationship after being wed for just over two years.

The 34-year-old presenter shared a brutally honest post on Instagram, revealing she’s currently “hanging in there” whilst attempting to rebuild her life without Bradley. She initially posted a humorous clip on her Stories featuring a bloke dangling from a fairground ride.

The video’s caption stated: “When you ask me how I am and I tell you I’m ‘hanging in there’ – this is what I mean.” She then provided her own personal update. Sporting a red cap, she addressed her followers: “Thought I would just jump on just to say hello”, reports the Mirror.

“It’s been a minute. I’m still hanging in there. I go to work, I unpackage five million boxes. Sleep, repeat and live on coffee. That’s basically my life. It’s pretty chaotic still. I’m kind of getting there, but it’s a process.”

Olivia subsequently revealed she’s developing something fresh, urging fans to “watch this space”.

Earlier this week, Olivia had posted another message whilst continuing to cope with her marital split. She reshared a quote stating: “If you’re worried about the cost of going for it you should see the price of staying exactly where you are.”

A source previously revealed to the Mirror that Olivia and Bradley’s relationship was beyond repair after the Gillingham FC footballer “crossed the line”.

They stated: “Ultimately it was because of a breach of trust on Bradley’s part.

“It crossed a line and was the straw that broke the camel’s back, so to speak. She’s heartbroken and just trying to process it all at the moment.”

When Olivia finally spoke out about their split, she confessed to crying herself to sleep. She candidly admitted: “I keep opening instagram to post but I don’t know what to say or do ? lol.

“Vulnerability is not my bag! ! ! Especially on social media, it feels very much like bleeding in shark infested waters.

“I cry myself to sleep, then business as usual when the alarm goes off at 5am and it has been like that for a long time. But also so much change in such a short amount of time (you know I hate that) (Taurus).

“I never expected to be moving into this apartment alone. And I’m in over my depth for sure. I want to be happy. I want Brad to be happy. Just one day at a time. For both of us. and anyone else who needs to read this.”

Olivia concluded by saying: “Normal programming and chatting will resume asap. Ps thank you, I feel your love immensely.”
