Love Island viewers were left fuming but have made a hopeful prediction
Viewers of Love Island All Stars have criticised the latest episode’s conclusion for the same reasons.
The ITV2 dating show spin-off has delivered plenty of explosive moments so far, from chaotic bombshell entrances to uncomfortable love triangles.
There have also been several surprising eliminations throughout the series.
Recently, audiences witnessed the dramatic entrance of bombshells Jessy Potts and Harrison Solomon, alongside Belle’s confession of her romantic interest in Scott.
But just as Belle revealed her emotions, Scott received word from Leanne that their relationship might still have potential, reports OK!.
This heightened the drama with clandestine Secret Garden conversations and persistent flirtation. With emotions running high, tonight’s instalment (February 11) witnessed explosive confrontations as the Islanders clashed in heated arguments.
Lucinda approached Belle for a private conversation, with Belle enquiring: “What have I done, am I in trouble?”.
From their vantage point at the Firepit, Leanne and Sean observed the pair, with Leanne commenting: “Lucinda is doing my dirty work for me, at least I don’t have to do it cause I can’t be a***d.”
Lucinda confronted Belle, saying: “I’m a bit annoyed because I feel like the way you treated me throughout the Sean situation…You’ve done the same to Leanne if not… worse..”
Belle responded defensively: “This is another attempt of you to get involved with my business.”
Acknowledging that “no-one is sticking up for Leanne”, the pair continued their heated exchange as Leanne observed: “This is so messy.”
Later, tensions escalated in the dressing room as Samie and Lucinda continued their heated exchange, prompting Whitney to intervene: “Guys, I think Lucinda is caught up on the principle. She feels a way because when she got with Sean it was a big deal.”
Jessy backed her up, with Whitney continuing: “It’s madder because that’s her friend [Leanne], however Leanne, because you took Yamen to the Secret Garden, your principles go out the window..”
The following day, Scott chose to take Leanne to the Secret Garden where the duo managed to resolve their differences. This meant he had to call time on his romance with Belle.
Countless viewers felt let down after witnessing minimal drama compared to what ITV’s earlier preview had promised. Adding to their frustration, there was no glimpse of the following episode, typically teased by Iain Stirling’s familiar “tomorrow night” announcement.
Consequently, many fans felt thoroughly cheated and quickly voiced their disappointment across social platforms. One viewer posted: “No tomorrow night. Thanks for annoying me ITV.”
Another fumed: “This episode could’ve been an email that was so bad.” A third chimed in: “No vote? No tomorrow night? P****d.”
Yet some interpreted this as a hint of impending developments. One fan speculated: “No tomorrow night? Someone’s going home hopefully.”
Love Island All Stars continues tomorrow at 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX.
