Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay has opened up about the Brooklyn Beckham family feud, calling it a ‘very difficult situation’ as he messages both sides
Gordon Ramsay has delivered scathing counsel to family friend Brooklyn Beckham. The celebrity chef, who has maintained a longstanding friendship with the Beckham clan, has also revealed the heartbreaking toll the bitter family rift is taking on his mates.
Aspiring chef Brooklyn has been locked in conflict with his parents, Sir David and Lady Victoria Beckham, ever since his 2022 marriage to billionaire heiress Nicola Peltz Beckham.
But tensions reached breaking point last month when the 26-year-old unleashed a furious attack on his family via social media, declaring he had no intention of making amends after years of estrangement.
For Gordon, who has been close to the family for decades, witnessing both perspectives has been particularly challenging. He’s disclosed that he remains in touch with both Sir David and Lady Victoria whilst also exchanging texts with Brooklyn throughout the unfolding saga, reports the Mirror.
He described it as a “very difficult situation” for the Beckham household, stating: “Victoria is upset, and I know 24/7, seven days a week, just how much David loves Brooklyn. Brooklyn and I have messaged a little bit; our relationship is solid. I love him – his heart is incredible.”
In conversation with The Sun, Gordon continued by suggesting that whilst Brooklyn might be consumed by romantic feelings, his affection for his parents will ultimately prevail. He mentioned witnessing countless occasions when David and Victoria have “got Brooklyn out of the s***”.
