Creepy music teacher, 53, ‘got heart tattoos and professed love’ to pupil

Rudolph Infante, 61, was arrested after the girl reported him to school authorities in February and he has pleaded not guilty despite an arrest report documenting some allegedly inappropriate behaviour

A school music teacher has been accused of terrifying a teenage student by ‘kissing her between the breasts’ while also claiming he got a heart tattoo in her honour.

Rudolph Infante, 53, allegedly showed the girl a pair of hearts tattooed on his ribcage, telling her one heart represented her and the other him, according to his arrest report obtained by the Miami Herald .

Infante began giving the student piano lessons in August 2025, and soon started making her uncomfortable with his inappropriate comments and touching – including “side hugs that made her feel uncomfortable” and grabbing her bottom, according to the warrant.

“If only I was 30 years younger,” he allegedly told the girl, as reported by WPLG. “You are so beautiful… I can’t wait to be with you.” In one unsettling incident, Infante is alleged to have “grabbed her by the waist while seated in a chair and pulled her toward him onto his lap,” court documents reveal.

He then “leaned forward and kissed her on the chest area between her breasts,” the teenager informed investigators, adding that “she felt afraid.” The teacher would also “touch her shoulder, back, or arm” and on several occasions placed “his hand on her buttocks,” the girl reported to police.

She informed detectives that in October Infante took her phone from her hands while she was using the Notes app and typed in, “Call Rudy,” along with his phone number. The student said she was scared to reject Infante, who stands at 6 feet tall and weighs approximately 225 pounds, and eventually ceased trying “because she felt he would not listen to her,” police records state.

She reported him to school authorities in February. The age of the accuser has not been disclosed. He was arrested on Friday and faces four counts of battery and one count of offences against students by authority figures. Miami-Dade County Public Schools confirmed they have begun proceedings to terminate Infante’s employment.
