Emmerdale spoilers reveal that Charity Dingle tries to sell her Woolpack share next week

A new part-owner could soon be pulling pints at Emmerdale’s beloved pub, The Woolpack.

Spoilers have revealed that Charity Dingle (played by Emma Atkins), who co-owns the iconic venue, is set to sell her half next week. She is being blackmailed by Dr Todd (Caroline Harker), who has uncovered her baby lie.

Todd is now demanding thousands of pounds from Charity, and the payment deadline is rapidly approaching. A frantic Charity is desperate to raise the cash and settle the debt with Todd as swiftly as possible, before anyone discovers the truth about baby Leyla’s real parentage.

Next week, Charity is refused a loan extension, leaving her frustrated, having hoped to use those funds to pay off Todd. As Todd ramps up her threats regarding what she “owes”, Charity approaches Ruby Miligan (Beth Cordingly) in an attempt to sell her share of the pub.

However, despite recognising just how desperate Charity is to complete a sale, Caleb Miligan (William Ash) rejects the notion outright, attempting to prevent Ruby from purchasing the pub. His concern is that the decision could trigger a significant backlash, reports the Mirror.

With her hopes dwindling, Charity turns to another potential buyer for assistance. She promptly makes Kim Tate (Claire King) an offer, suggesting she could part with half of the pub at a reduced price, exclusively for her.

Kim appears to be weighing up the proposition, telling Charity she may well be interested but will come back to her in due course. But should Charity proceed with the sale, will Kim emerge as the buyer and the pub’s new co-owner?

Fans are unconvinced, with many believing an entirely different buyer will be revealed as the new owner of the beloved venue. Viewers are confident that Ruby will manage to change Caleb’s mind, with the pair ultimately sharing the pub.

One fan posted online: “Ruby will buy the pub.” Another agreed: “The Woolpack potentially changing owners just as they shut down Pampamanda??? Could these icons be the next pub owners?” referring to Ruby and her friend Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley).

Another fan replied to this theory saying: “I beg,” while a further viewer speculated: “Now looks like the Woolpack will change hands to the Miligans.” A final fan added: “Ruby should buy it, along with her wine business.”

Also next week, Charity warns her ex Vanessa Woodfield (Michelle Hardwick) away from Todd amid a blossoming potential romance between the two. Charity also urges Todd to keep her distance from Vanessa, fearing she will end up getting hurt.

Vanessa is overjoyed at how well things appear to be progressing with Todd, but reassures Charity she will tread carefully following the warning. As for the pub sale, Todd discovers that Charity has been talking to people and demands to know what has been said, before reminding her of her deadline to settle her debt.
