Piers Morgan has announced a huge milestone for his Uncensored business, with investors reportedly valuing it at $145 million — a success story said to be a bitter blow for Meghan Markle

Meghan Markle has just been handed a crushing blow, and it’s all down to her former foe Piers Morgan. After Piers dramatically walked out of the Good Morning Britain studio and abandoned his ITV presenting role following a “censoring” dispute involving the Duchess of Sussex, after he declared he “didn’t believe a word” Meghan said in her notorious Oprah Winfrey interview, he went on to establish his own YouTube channel.

While he originally began on TalkTV, Piers subsequently moved his Uncensored programme to YouTube and started launching additional shows, including The Royals Uncensored and World Cup Uncensored. Now Piers has revealed a massive achievement that’s bound to leave Meghan trembling with worry.

Piers featured on The Karl Stefanovic Show to discuss his latest funding round, revealing he has transformed Uncensored into a commercial enterprise. He said: “It’s got 4.5million subscribers now, and generates a lot of cash from advertising and sponsorships.

“I knew I had to build a business which would actually in the end become much less reliant on me. So I decided to take Uncensored as the brand of the business.

“We’ve just done World Cup Uncensored… And that’s blown up as well. We’re doing bigger numbers than Gary Lineker’s show, which Netflix paid $14million for. We don’t pay anyone to market our content. We do it all ourselves.”, reports the Express.

He then disclosed: “The investors have valued the business $145million US.”

Piers revealed that he’s only been the owner of the business for a year and a half, stating: “We’ve got a business worth nearly $150million in 18 months. I think the sky’s the limit for this stuff.”

The business is now valued at approximately 100 times his annual ITV salary, which was estimated to be around £1.1million per year. This is bound to be a setback for Meghan, as the free speech controversy she found herself embroiled in ended up lining Piers’ pockets, all because he didn’t believe her.
