Former Pink Floyd star Roger Waters has reignited his feud with the Osbourne family by reiterating the offensive comments he made about Ozzy shortly after his death and further attacking widowed Sharon in the process

Roger Waters has double downed on the upsetting comments he made about Ozzy Osbourne after his death. The former Pink Floyd member upset the late star’s family when made insensitive comments saying that he was never a fan of Ozzy so shortly after he had passed away.

“He was all over the TV for hundreds of years with his idiocy and nonsense. I don’t care about Black Sabbath, I never did, I have no interest in biting the heads off chickens or whatever they do. I couldn’t care less”, he said at the time.

Ozzy’s son Jack responded by calling him “pathetic and out of touch”, while widowed wife Sharon had some harsh words for Roger – She said: “He has no charisma, he looks like Frankenstein. The guy is sick in the head, he is not relevant in today’s world. Nobody likes him.”

Now Roger was asked if he has had time to reflect on his remarks, and in particular how it had upset Jack and Sharon but instead of apologising to the grieving family he insisted that he stands by his remarks.

Speaking to Piers Morgan, the 82-year-old said: “Those comments, I’m not denying that I said them, came in the middle of a long interview.

“Do I have to like every rock group that ever was or people who bite the heads off bats?”

Pushed on whether he will apologise, Roger replied: “I obviously had no idea that Sharon Osbourne would be watching a podcast..

“Not that I have any time for Sharon Osbourne, she’s a raging Zionist… and she’s accused me of all kinds of things… because she’s part of the Israeli lobby..”

As for Jack, he was slightly softer with his words and told Piers: “If he wants to have a chat, I’ll have a chat with him. And I won’t be nasty to him.”
