Nicola Peltz has unveiled her first tattoo with a pointed message about ‘family’ as Brooklyn Beckham has taken to Instagram to publicly disown Victoria and David

Nicola Peltz has delivered a pointed statement regarding the Beckhams through fresh body art during her husband Brooklyn’s ongoing family rift.

Sporting a blue bikini, the actress snapped a mirror selfie that revealed the new ink adorning her torso. Nicola’s tattoo, inscribed in Yiddish and meaning ‘family first’, arrived at a strange time as the eldest Beckham son tonight (January 19) publicly disowned his parents via an Instagram Statement.

He said he’s standing up for himself “for the first time in my life” and that he’s “not being controlled”. Brooklyn has claimed that his famous parents have “been trying relentlessly” to “ruin” his relationship with wife Nicola Peltz since their wedding in April 2022. He also alleged that he’s received “endless attacks” from them.

In recent months, Brooklyn has distanced himself from his entire clan, skipping his father David’s 50th birthday bash, missing Victoria’s recent birthday celebrations and her Paris fashion show, whilst also unfollowing his family across social media platforms. Amid this chaotic sequence of events, he not only neglected to invite them to his vow renewal ceremony last year but also chose to skip Christmas with them altogether, reports the Mirror.

This marked the first occasion Brooklyn had been absent during the festive period, opting instead to celebrate with his wife and sharing their festivities on social media.

Things finally came to a head and took a shocking twist when his younger sibling Cruz shattered the family’s wall of silence by addressing Brooklyn’s decision to block his relatives on social media.

Posting on his Instagram stories following reports suggesting his parents had unfollowed his brother, he declared: “NOT TRUE. My mum and dad would never unfollow their son… “.

He went on to reveal: “Let’s get the facts right. They woke up blocked… as did I.”

Despite having no communication with her son, Victoria would periodically attempt to connect through social media by liking his posts.

However, this prompted Brooklyn to issue his parents with a legal warning.

The public watched as Brooklyn allegedly instructed his parents to communicate solely through his legal representatives, doing nothing to end the bitter dispute. The legal document warned his parents against tagging him on social platforms.

This followed Victoria, renowned for her stint in the pop sensation The Spice Girls, liking a culinary video he had posted. Yet according to the cease and desist letter, this was considered a violation of the legal warning.

According to The Sun, a source revealed: “The reality is that he issued them with a letter at the end of last summer, asking for any correspondence to go via lawyers only, and wanted to try and make amends privately, not publicly.”

They continued: “He felt his parents continued to ignore his wishes and kept mentioning him online instead of reaching out privately.”

Reports also suggested that the row has created a domino effect. However, whilst Brooklyn maintains no contact with his siblings, he’s understood to remain tight with both sets of grandparents.

He reportedly no longer maintains ties with the Ramsay clan, despite growing up alongside them.

The influencer was notably absent from Holly Ramsay’s nuptials at the close of last year, even though he’d received an invitation.
