Katie Price’s inner circle are questioning whether she even wrote the explosive Instagram post announcing she is pregnant with new husband Lee Andrews’ baby. The former glamour model, 47, stunned fans this week by declaring she is expecting, just weeks after marrying businessman Lee, 41, in a whirlwind Dubai ceremony on January 25.
But it’s not just the shock baby news that has raised eyebrows. Friends now fear the fiery statement targeting Lee’s ex-fiancée, Alana Percival, may not have been written by Katie at all.
In the lengthy post, Katie wrote: “Alana I know rejection doesn’t feel nice and I’m married to Lee Andrews the man you want and will never have again.
“Your constant lies and put downs is clearly showing how bitter you are, go live your life little girl.
“I know the truth and you’re now embarrassing yourself, go and have the little respect for yourself that’s left.
“I know all about you and who you are. At least I’m the real woman he has found and deserves, but please just enjoy watching us build our empire as I’m having his child.”
The statement continued: “I’ll enjoy the ride and big d*** energy now, I’m in the saddle. He’s the most beautiful human I know who never took anything from you.”
Katie, who is currently in Dubai with Andrews, added: “Now disappear back under that bridge you irrelevant little troll.” However, those close to the TV star have pointed out two key signs that have left them suspicious — the polished spelling and the use of Instagram Stories.
A source said: “That post doesn’t appear to have been written by Katie. She also doesn’t know how to use Instagram Stories so we think Lee has done this. She often makes spelling errors and this is word-perfect.”
The pregnancy revelation has also sparked concern among friends. One insider previously admitted: “This is the worst thing she could do.”
Lee has faced accusations from former partners, including claims from Crystal Janke that he took £123,000 as an investment and failed to return it, allegations he denies. Alana had also warned Katie to “Run for the hills.”
Now, with Katie thousands of miles away in Dubai, friends admit they are increasingly worried, especially as contact with her has reportedly been “sketchy and sporadic.”
For now, fans are left wondering not only about the baby bombshell, but who really typed the message.
