Two women in Mexico were filmed brawling physically over the coffin of their cheating partner in footage that’s now gone viral. The mourners were unaware that they had both been romantically linked with the man until the discovery at the funeral triggered their fury.

Their confrontation played out before stunned guests at the service. One woman had been positioned next to the coffin, quietly saying a heartfelt farewell to the deceased. She was heard saying, “Love, I’m going to miss you.” However, her emotional goodbye instantly raised the suspicions of another woman present.

She leapt up and challenged the crying stranger, demanding, “Who are you?” When the woman revealed she had been romantically involved with the deceased, the situation at the funeral in Veracruz, Mexico, intensified.

Both women claimed they were his partner before launching into a fierce scuffle directly beside the coffin. Dramatic footage shows the coffin lid nearly slipping off as the pair attack each other before being pulled apart by a bystander, reports the Express US.

The clip has since gone viral on Instagram, racking up more than 150,000 views and hundreds of comments, as reported by creatorzine.com.

One person remarked, “They almost killed him again.” Another individual quipped, “He couldn’t stand either of them anymore and preferred to die.”

They’re not alone. A young woman has taken to an online forum to reveal that her boyfriend had not been entirely faithful in their relationship. But there’s a silver lining, she says. He treats her well and is quite nice to her. Turning to the social media platform Reddit, she fully outlined her situation.

She penned: “Me (24F) and my bf (27M) have been dating for months now, exclusively and official. He’s been really nice and sweet, he takes me out on dates, my family knows about him, I met all his friends, we spend a lot of time together, he tells me he loves me. I found out that he had sex with someone else, at his place (where we do it), unprotected.”

People inundated the comments with opinions and advice. One person wrote: “So you have been official for only 2 months and he’s already cheated on you? Oh yes, it’s going to get worse, much much worse. Don’t be a pushover and tell him to go — himself.”
