Coronation Street spoilers for next week have revealed new danger for Todd Grimshaw as Theo Silverton strikes again

Coronation Street fans will be left fearing for Todd Grimshaw next week.

In episodes this week, the hit ITV soap will air a huge whodunnit and spoilers for next week reveal that viewers will be taken back to the day of the murder, where it will show each one of the victims’ days leading up to the events.

Coronation Street has already revealed the identities of the five possible murder victims – Megan Walsh, Theo Silverton, Maggie Driscoll, Jodie Ramsey and Carl Webster.

And in spoilers for next week, it’s revealed that the cobbles will go back to Carla Connor and Lisa Swain’s wedding, where the first four episodes start at the point that the two brides arrive at Underworld for the reception, with each different visit to the cobbles following the possible final day in the life of one of the potential murder victims.

At the end of the week, Friday’s episode will bring all the action together where it will end with fireworks lighting up the sky to celebrate Swarla’s union and Betsy’s horrifying discovery of the body of one of Weatherfield’s residents.

In the spoilers for next week, it issues a worrying Todd and Theo Silverton update. Theo has been abusing partner Todd for months, even coercing him into tying the knot last month in a disturbing development.

Just last week, Theo attempted to move to Belfast with Todd as his abusive behaviour started to be exposed on the cobbles. After Todd refused to go after learning Theo could have been responsible for Billy Mayhew’s death in the Corriedale crash, Theo locked him in their bedroom before violently attacking him as he attempted to escape.

Todd bravely reported Theo to the police and he is making plans to visit his mum, Eileen, and brother, Jason, in Thailand.

In spoilers for next week, Todd is horrified when Theo appears with his packed suitcase for Thailand in the shop flat. Thankfully, George Shuttleworth arrives just in time and the pair manage to overpower Theo and escape from the flat.

Later, Todd and George report Theo to DC Kit Green but there is no sign of him at the flat. Desperate to escape, Todd sets off in a cab for the airport but he realises he doesn’t have his phone and stops the cab to retrieve it.

However, as he heads back down the street, he comes face-to-face with Theo holding the phone. What lengths will Todd go to in order to escape evil Theo once and for all?

In spoilers for later in the week, it’s revealed that Todd plays a dangerous game of cat-and-mouse to outsmart a vengeful Theo but poor old Summer Spellman finds herself caught in the crossrun with terrifying consequences.
