A man has been charged with two counts of harassment after ex-Prince Andrew was allegedly chased by a bloke in a balaclava on Wednesday evening.
Alex Jenkinson, 39, has been charged with two counts of harassment after an incident in Wolferton, near Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s home on the King’s Sandringham estate, Norfolk Police said.
