Arsenal players had all gathered at their training ground to watch Manchester City drop points against Bournemouth as they were crowned champions

Arsenal players are already celebrating their Premier League win, with Declan Rice leading the party in social media clips.

Gunners’ stars had assembled at Arsenal’s training ground to watch Manchester City’s trip to the South Coast, knowing anything short of a City win and they’d be crowned as champions. And Pep Guardiola’s side could only manage a 1-1 draw at the Vitality Stadium.

Arsenal’s players erupted into cheers when the full-time whistle was blown as camera’s picking up the players celebrating the Gunners’ first title in 22 years. Eberechi Eze could be seen standing on a chair, while Bukayo Saka was at the centre of the huddle.

Declan Rice shared some snaps after the title win on social media: “I told you all.. it’s done,” he said in a smiling dressing room with a cardboard Premier League trophy.

“This is beautiful can’t lie,” one fan said in reaction to the footage. While a second replied: “What a club man!”

“Not as good as Leicester at one of the players house,” a third joked. As a fourth responded: “A moment these Arsenal players will remember for the rest of their lives!”

And another added: “This means quite a lot to me actually!”

Arsenal boss Arteta said: “We made history again together, I cannot be happier and prouder for everybody that is involved in this football club. Let’s enjoy the moment.”

Meanwhile, former manager Arsene Wenger also featured in a touching montage shared on the official Arsenal account: “You did it. Champions go on when others stop. This is your time. Now, go on and enjoy every moment.”

The Gunners have one final game left in the season, and they will lift the Premier League trophy on Sunday at Selhurst Park.
