Katie Price’s husband Lee Andrews’ last Dubai post before going ‘missing’ mocked by fans

Katie Price’s husband Lee Andrews has been reported missing in Dubai, with Katie fearing he may have been kidnapped after losing contact – days before vanishing, he shared a selfie with Katie

Katie Price’s husband Lee Andrews has been reported ‘missing’ in Dubai for five days, yet just days before his disappearance he was sharing selfies alongside wife Katie. Katie Price had been due to appear on television with her husband, however he failed to board his flight to the UK. Katie subsequently accused him of making her “look like a d***” for failing to turn up for the interview.

Since then, however, the situation has escalated dramatically. In a statement on Sunday, Katie insisted that Lee was not simply taking a break from social media, revealing she feared he had been kidnapped after going ‘missing’ for three days.

“I put that up because the truth is, Lee has been missing for three days. The last time I heard from Lee was Wednesday night at 10pm, he was trying to go through the border in Dubai to get on a flight to me,” she said.

“Lee was trying to get through the border at Hatta, this is so discombobulating, his location went off at 10.03pm on Wednesday night, that’s the last contact anyone has had – his family and myself.”, reports Birmingham Live.

She later revealed that during their final FaceTime call, his hands were tied together and a hood had been placed over his face. Katie said he told her: “They’re coming back for me.” While some have questioned these claims, the Foreign Office has confirmed it is assisting the family of a British man and continues to liaise with local authorities.

However, just days before he disappeared, Lee was active on social media sharing snaps of himself and Katie. Lee uploaded a beaming selfie on May 10 on Facebook with the caption: “Young married couple winning x Katie Price Don’t find someone to grow old with find someone to stay young with x”

The post attracted over 700 comments, many of which Lee responded to. One person commented: “AI photo again.” To which Lee replied: “it’s our honeymoon you idiot.” Another wrote: “Young? Hahahaha hahahaha that’s so funny hahahaha, hey Lee have you bought Katie that Ferrari yet? #cashconverters. To which Lee responded: “Yes she has it”.”

Countless comments ridiculed Lee for describing them as a ‘young couple’, with one person writing: “Middle aged more like.” while another said: “Hahaha that’s the laugh of the day that one especially the young bit.”

The past five days have been incredibly traumatic for Katie and she now fears she may ‘never hear’ from her missing husband as reports suggest he is ‘squatting in a slightly run-down villa’ and using a burner phone to communicate with those he trusts. Lee is allegedly on Interpol’s radar after Herts police intensified an investigation involving allegations from a former partner, with The Sun suggesting that he is ‘desperately devising a way out of this colossal mess he seems to have dug himself into’.
