Donald Trump has proclaimed the results of a recent cognitive assessment as “perfect”, claiming it revealed “extreme intelligence” while also delivering a thinly-veiled swipe at former presidents and vice presidents. The US President took to Truth Social to herald his fitness test outcomes, asserting he had secured the highest possible mark.

Trump declared he was given a flawless 30 out of 30 on the cognitive assessment, alongside “extremely good” results in his physical examination. He wrote: “The results of my Physical Examination, taken at Walter Reed Military Medical Center, and just released, were extremely good.

“Unlike other U.S. Presidents, none of whom have ever taken an approved, high difficulty, Cognitive Test, I scored a perfect 30 out of 30, considered ‘extreme intelligence.’

“Are the Dumocrats really surprised? In fact, this is my fourth such test, all PERFECT or, 120 correct answers out of 120 questions asked! It is very rare that anyone gets a Perfect Score, especially when achieved four times in a row.

“All people running for President and Vice President should be forced to take high difficulty Cognitive Tests. Congress, and the Dumocrats, should demand it! President DONALD J. TRUMP.” Earlier this week, Trump announced he had undergone a physical examination, asserting that “everything checked out perfectly”. He posted: “Just finished my 6 month physical at Walter Reed Military Medical Center. Everything checked out PERFECTLY. Thank you to the great Doctors and Staff! Heading back to the White House. President DJT.”, reports the Mirror.

The medical check-up was characterised by the White House as a routine annual preventative medical and dental examination. It marked his fourth publicly disclosed health exam since he resumed office for a second term.

However, his post was met with cynicism from detractors, who seemed to question his assertions. One user jested on X: “At this point I’m convinced Trump approaches presidential health updates the same way he approaches golf scores, election maps, and crowd sizes: not merely healthy… the healthiest anyone has ever been in the history of health.”

Another commented: “ACES??” That’s hilarious. His hands are constantly bruised, has chronic insomnia, swollen ankles. And that just what we can see.””
