Disgraced rapper P Diddy, real name Sean Combs, has reportedly been sued by a male former child actor who alleges the music mogul sexually assaulted him at a networking event
P Diddy has been accused of sexually assaulting a minor. A male former child actor has filed a lawsuit against the disgraced rapper, alleging he assaulted him when he was a child.
Diddy, real name Sean Combs, was sentenced to four years in prison last year after he was found guilty of two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution. He was acquitted of the more serious charges of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy.
In a new court filing, under the pseudonym John Doe to protect his identity, a man has claimed he was invited to a networking event in the Hollywood Hills in 2007. The claimant alleged that the rapper asked him to speak privately about possible career opportunities.
He claimed that, during this alleged meeting, Diddy began “rubbing on parts of his body,” before performing a sex act on the man, as well as “pleasuring” himself.
According to TMZ, the court filings state that the accuser told Combs that he felt uncomfortable. The man also claimed that Diddy told the man he would “keep him in mind for possible opportunities” before exiting the room.
The man said he left the event shortly after the alleged encounter with Diddy. A spokesperson for Combs said: “The allegations from this so-called nameless child actor are false and ridiculous. He’s just another hater in a long list of people trying to get in on the money gravy train encouraged by personal injury lawyers.
“Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—and that includes any child! These allegations will be disproved like all the rest.”
Diddy is currently behind bars at FCI Fort Dix, having been transferred from MDC-Brooklyn in October. A representative for the rapper said at the time that Diddy “is an active participant in the Residential Drug Abuse Program (RDAP)” and takes the process “seriously”.
He is expected to be released in April of 2028. Diddy has previously appealed against his 50-month prison sentence, asking for an immediate prison release.
In a court filing, he argued that he had been improperly sentenced. A federal judge previously denied Combs’ request to overturn his conviction.
