A 2026 report from wellness company BON CHARGE, which surveyed more than 2,000 UK adults, found that over half have tried red light therapy or blue light-blocking technology.

According to BON CHARGE data, 36% of participants reported better-looking skin, while 27% noticed improvements in muscle and joint comfort, and 26% experienced enhanced sleep.
