Cat Burns has revealed who she believes will be tapped on the shoulder by presenter Claudia Winkleman and cast as a traitor.

The singer-songwriter, who was chosen as an original Traitor in the first celebrity edition, believes she can already spot who might be handed the famous cloak next.

She’s tipped comedian Romesh Ranganathan and Love Island host Maya Jama to be cast as Traitors in the upcoming second celebrity series of The Traitors, slated for release in the Autumn.

Speaking on It Started With A Kiss, The 26-year-old said: “Well, a comedian has to be a traitor, don’t they?

“There’s so many comedians on this lineup.

“I would love more of a deadpan comedian so I think Romesh would be incredible.

“I also think Maya [Jama] would be a great Traitor because no one knows that much about her.”

Cat was the breakout traitor during her time in the castle and revealed she spoke with a psychologist after her series aired, and she agrees with Cat’s predictions.

The Go hitmaker added: “I remember I saw this psychologist.

“She’d made an article when the first season came out and she basically wrote down how well she thought the different sectors of people would do and she was pretty spot on, to be honest.

“Based on her psychology, she was like, comedians, the best way to disarm someone is make them laugh so comedians will do well.

“Singers were known to be vulnerable so we probably will do alright because people aren’t thinking you’re not who you say you are.

“Actors struggle because people don’t know who you are so I think if I apply that logic, I also think Miranda Hart would be great.”

Cat has spoken openly about having autism and ADHD and admitted she struggled in the castle.

She shared: “It was a lot.

“I found it quite hard.

“Just because you’re away from home, you’re away from your home comforts.

“You can bring all your home comforts as much as you can.

“The bright lights, I remember the first day I threw up because I wasn’t used to the lights.

“I wasn’t used to all the lights everywhere.

“I found it hard in that aspect of being around people 24-7 and never really having time alone.

“That was difficult. That was really difficult.”
